What is Hope?

On this page we will explore, as a community, the meaning of hope. Certainly much of this work has already been done (Hope @ Wikipedia), but the work of processing hope and internalizing hope for ourselves is an ongoing, and spiritual work.

I am working on a song about hope (that is my favorite form of expression). I will post the lyrics here when it is finished (or even a recording, if I can figure out how to do that...I hope I can).

You are invited to submit your expressions of hope, in whatever form they might present themselves (poetry, prose, pictures, photos, etc.). Whatever comes in will be posted here, and this page will grow. If you happen to be visiting this website, and are not currently a part of Hope Church, feel free to send your expressions of hope as well. This is surely an inclusive effort.

I came across a website for Project Hope. It reminds me that hope is something we participate in...that we make hope happen. So, I hope this page will fill up soon, and provide an inspirational and reflective tool for everyone who views it.
