The Care Team at Hope UCC is a gender-friendly outreach team that strives to assist families and individuals with non-medical needs by:

• Assisting Pastor Carol with outreach visitations

• Helping shut-ins maintain a connection with the congregation

• Providing transportation

• Assisting with errands, correspondence, & phone calls

• Connecting via a seasonal card ministry

 

All are welcome to join the team: women, men, couples, & families. The rewards are many, meaningful, and mutually beneficial for all. The Hope Care Team invites you to make a difference in the lives of others!
